Guarantees and Returns Policy

We hope you will be very happy with your Gee Gee Images goods.

We care about our customers and stand by our products and we want you to be 100 per cent happy. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer you the peace of mind of returning any stock item or order purchased from us for a refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Claims for shortfall, errors or incorrect orders must be made to us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt of your order, telling us whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns/exchanges of pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.

JEWELLERY
1) Please ensure that all returns are notified to us by telephone on 01353 727711 when a pre-authorised returns reference number will be given to be quoted with the returned product(s).

2) Returning the sales receipt or a copy of the receipt would ensure that your items are tracked and traced easily.

3) Please ensure that the returned goods are in saleable condition and returned in their original packaging. "Saleable" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

4) Please remember that it will be your responsibility that the items arrive back safely, therefore we recommend that for a secure delivery the best method is by using Royal Mail Special Delivery service and insured for the value of the goods. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit and unfortunately, no refunds will be allowed for goods returned in a damaged or otherwise un-saleable condition.

5) Charm bracelets specially designed to customer's own specification and correctly made, will incur a charge of £10 for fitting charges if returned for a refund.

6) In the case of rings, please ensure when you are ordering that you measure your finger as accurately as possible, please read our information about how to measure for a ring. However, rings sometimes do not fit and we will always be happy to send out an alternative size.

7) Subject to the above, gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.

8) Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. The cost of return postage to Gee Gee Images for the goods and the gift item would be the customers responsibility and must be returned in its original packaging, in a sellable condition and the Gee Gee Images returns policy would apply. Any damage to the goods or the gift item would not be accepted for refund and will be returned to the customer upon Gee Gee Images receiving the cost of return postage to cover the cost of returning the goods to the customer.

9) Goods once exchanged cannot be refunded.

10) We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned goods, please allow 10 - 14 days upon receipt of goods.

WATCHES WARRANTY
Watches from our watch range are warranted to the original owner for a period of twelve months from date of purchase for materials and workmanship in the movement. We request that you follow the steps below in relation to your watch warranty.

1) Wrap your watch carefully and send insured mail. Do not return your watch to Gee Gee Images unless it is from our Landrover range, please return it to:

2) Make sure to include your name and return address and place and date of purchase. Return your watch, warranty and cheque for the then GBP equivalent of $10.00. This is not a repair charge but a cost to cover shipping and handling, postage and insurance.

This warranty does not include: cleaning of movement, batteries, crystal, strap, case and finish on case. This warranty also excludes watch damage due to misuse.

This warranty is void if the watch has been tampered with if the defect is related to servicing not performed by us. If your watch is beyond repair it will be returned to you in the condition received.
