The Gee Gee Images website ('site') is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Gee Gee Images site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; any changes will be announced on the Gee Gee Images site. You can check the date of last such updates at the top of this page. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions or any updates thereto, you should discontinue the use of the site. If you continue to use the site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the site will be construed as your acceptance and your agreement to be bound by those Terms and Conditions.

When you register with Gee Gee Images you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Please inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details on our website.

Disclaimer
Whilst all reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy of the contents and information on this site, Gee Gee Images or anyone associated with Gee Gee Images cannot accept any liability for any loss arising out of direct or indirect use of this information. Gee Gee Images reserves the right to change the data, references, product specifications, pricing or otherwise amend the contents in full or part at any time without notice.

Payments
* Gee Gee Images are not vat registered so vat is not applicable on our services and products.

* Gee Gee Images terms of payment are cash, credit card, postal order or cheque with order, five working days should be allowed for cheques to clear. We accept all major credit cards.

* Customers will be liable for the total cost of any unpaid cheques or debt recovery.

Telephone Orders
* Mail orders via post and fax will always be confirmed by telephone or email - if you have not had confirmation of your order don't assume it's been received and contact us via telephone.

* Telephone orders can be taken, but no responsibility will be taken by us for any error (although we will do our very best to get things right).

Back Orders
* You will be notified if we have sold out of a product that you have ordered, and your order will automatically be placed on back order. Payment will be taken at time of order to ensure that your order is guaranteed, however you will always be allowed the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Goods will be despatched as soon as they return in stock.

Gift Vouchers
* Gee Gee Images jewellery gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date issued on the voucher, or as otherwise stated, and for the amount shown on the voucher only. Gift vouchers are non refundable, and if they are not used within the 12 month time limit, or that of which is stated they will expire and be lost.

Special Offers
* Gee Gee Images promotional offers are limited to one person per order. Promotions are not valid with any orders placed through other websites we trade through. All offers exclude postage & packing and the discount code must be quoted at time of order at the checkout if online, or on the phone if phoning your order through.

 Competitions
* Gee Gee Images competitions are limited to one entry per person per competition. Gee Gee Images reserve the right to decline entries, modify the terms of the competition, cancel or withdraw from it at any time, without prior notice. All prizes will be given at Gee Gee Images discretion.

Gee Gee Images Win £100 worth of FREE e-gift vouchers Competition
* No purchase necessary, and all entries must be submitted by midnight 30th November 2010.
* This competition is open to customers who register a new email address on the website between (5th February 2010 - 30th November 2010). Or, if you already have registered an email address with us and you currently receive our email newsletters, your name will automatically be entered in the draw every time you introduce 5 friends using our 'forward to 5 friends' feature on our e-newsletters (5th February 2010 - 30th November 2010).
* The winner will be drawn at random from the valid entries received by us before the closing date. No cash alternative is offered and the prize is non-transferable. One winning entry will be drawn on 1st December 2010 and the winner will be notified by email.
* No employee or their families at Gee Gee Images, its' agencies, or anyone professionally associated with the company may enter the draw.
* Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries not received or incompletely received due to incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or the failure to capture such information.

Online Fundraising Parties
* If your online party is being held as a fund raising event (this must be confirmed at time of booking), then we will provide you with a cheque for 20 per cent of what has been sold at the end of your online party, the cheque will be made out to your Riding Club or chosen Charity, rather than money off to spend at the end of the online party.

* Gee Gee Images fundraising online party hosts throughout 2010 will be put into a draw once they have hosted their party, to win the cheque for £250, the draw will take place in November at Your Horse Live 2010, at Gee Gee Images stand (M32). Even if you don't win the £250 cheque, you will still receive a cheque for 20 per cent of what has been sold at the end of your online party (exc p&p). No Minimum number of guests are required to host an online party, and No minimum quantity needs to be sold in order to start earning 20 per cent commission / donation. However, a minimum of 20 online fundraising parties must be held between 1st January and November 1st 2010 in order for the competition to be valid, and a cheque to be won for £250.

* The above offer is limited to one online party per Riding Club or Chartity, and is not valid with any other offers or promotions.

* Minimum quantity sold must be over £100 to qualify for the free host gift. No minimum quantity needs to be sold in order to start earning 20 per cent commission or donation.

Loyalty Cards
*Gee Gee Images customer loyalty cards offering 20% off all Gee Gee Images products can only be used by the authorised signatory, exclude postage & packing and the loyalty card code must be quoted at time of order at the checkout if online or on the phone if phoning your order through.

The card may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

The card remains the property of Gee Gee Images and we reserve the right to decline issue, modify the terms of use, or withdraw at any time, without prior notice.

Trade Orders (for our retail customers and distributors)
* Gee Gee Images sell to the trade at wholesale prices, one being for retailers and another for distributors, and no other discounts or offers apply.

*  Large international trade orders may be subject to additional postage costs.

* Gee Gee Images do NOT offer refunds to trade customers, nor do we operate on a 'sale or return' basis.

* Any claim for shortfall, errors, incorrect or damaged goods must be made within three days of receipt of order via phone on 01353 727711.

* All exchanges or credit notes will be at our discretion.

* Credit notes are non refundable, and will only be valid for three months from date issued unless otherwise stated, and if they are not used within this time they will expire and be lost.

*  Gee Gee Images only supplies official stockists as published on our website, and stockists that should use Ebay as an additional sales avenue may only do so providing they are selling our goods at our recommended full retail prices.

*  Gee Gee Images reserve the right to stop stocking any trade customers including official distributors at any time, without prior notice.  

* The trade must undertake to uphold the integrity of Gee Gee Images brand throughout all distribution, sales and marketing channels. 

* Gee Gee Images are the sole UK Distributor of the range of TEMPI watches stocked, so no distributors will have exclusivity of these in their territories.

* Distributors are given the right to exclsuively distribute, promote and sell the Gee Gee Images brand throughout their agreed territory until further notice, and written notice must be given to Gee Gee Images within 90 (ninety) days of any intention to withdraw from the arrangement.

* Complaints must be made to us directly in writing to;

 925 Stamp
* All items are stamped 925 (the best and finest) sterling silver. 

Hallmarking
* All items are comply with the current hallmarking legislation, and are hall marked if they meet the necessary weight of over 7.58 grams, most charms weigh under this so will not be hallmarked, they are still all stamped 925 sterling silver. 

Cubic Zirconia 
* Please note that cubic zirconia is the finest crystal, and since it is a man-made gemstone no two colours are ever exactly the same, so colours may vary.
